To my fellow star-watchers,

My name is Geoff, and I want to personally welcome you to Ad Astra - To The Stars

This project began as a passion—a way to organize and share the awe-inspiring data of our universe. However, as many of you know, the journey hasn't been a straight line. Not long ago, a significant power surge corrupted the original foundations of this site, forcing me to make a choice: let the project fade, or build something better.

I chose to build.

The version of Ad Astra you see now is the result of that choice. It is a fusion of my own curation and the incredible power of modern AI, designed to bring you astronomical data that is both comprehensive, educational  and easy to navigate.
